For orders placed on the BMCM bookstore
We only ship within the US from our web store because postage costs outside the US are very high. We ship USPS Media Mail. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery – 3 weeks for some books (where stated on the book page in the store). We may send your order in separate shipments for logistical reasons, and the second shipment may arrive several days after the first.
Volume discounts on the BMCM bookstore
10 or more books – 20% discount (applied at checkout)
20 or more books – 40% discount (applied at checkout)
These discounts are valid for books of the same title or different titles.
Returns
Claims for returns are only accepted within 30 days of the delivery date of your purchase. Your products must be returned in their original condition and, if shrink-wrapped, unopened. Shipping fees and items that are not in resellable condition will not be refunded. The packing slip in your customer shipment is not a prepaid shipping label: you must follow our return instructions (which we will email you) and arrange for and cover the costs of return shipping yourself.
Out of print books
A few of our print books are not available on IndiePubs or other retail bookstores. Some of these may be ordered from the BMCM store but some we no longer sell (as stated on the book page in the store.).
If you live outside the US and want a print
book that is only available from our BMCM store, please email us at press.bmcm@bmcm.org with your request and
we will let you know the shipping costs.
